How to get to Monkey park from Shiga Kogen, Nagano city, Tokyo?

Does anyone know the fastest way to get from a hotel in the Shiga Kogen resort area to the monkey park? Or Shibu Onsen?

By local bus, 25min. Get off in Kanbayashi bus stop and follow the signs. Zeno

yes if you take the Nagano

yes if you take the Nagano shinkansen from Tokyo by about 8am  then Shiga Kogen bus or Yudanaka train. It's expensive for watching 30-60 minutes of monkeys sitting in an onsen.
